1. when using a hydraulic jack for lifting operations, it is necessary to choose a hydraulic jack of appropriate tonnage:

the load-bearing capacity should not exceed the limit, and the load-bearing capacity of the hydraulic jack should be greater than 1.2 times the weight of the heavy object;

the minimum height of the hydraulic jack is appropriate. in order to facilitate removal, the minimum height of the hydraulic jack selected should be suitable for the clearance at the bottom of the heavy object where force is applied. during the lifting process, when using sleepers to support the heavy object, the lifting height of the hydraulic jack should be greater than the sum of the thickness and deformation of the sleepers. 

2. if multiple hydraulic jacks are used to lift the same equipment, the same model of hydraulic jack should be selected, and the sum of the rated lifting capacity of each hydraulic jack should not be less than 1.5 times the weight of the equipment it supports. 

3. hydraulic jacks should be wiped clean before use, and all components should be checked for flexibility and damage. when under load, do not remove the quick connector to avoid accidents and damage to components. 

4. before use, the hydraulic jack should be placed flat and not tilted. the bottom should be padded flat to prevent the foundation from sinking or the load from shifting, which may cause the hydraulic jack to tilt or overturn. a tough pillow or steel plate can be padded at the bottom of the hydraulic jack to expand the pressure bearing area and prevent accidents caused by collapse or sliding;

do not use wooden boards or steel plates with oil stains as padding to prevent slipping under stress and potential safety accidents; the lifting position of heavy objects must be a safe and solid location to prevent damage to the equipment. maintenance.
