一、Product features and main uses This series of electric pump station is an independent hydraulic pump station composed of hydraulic components such as oil pump, control valve, oil tank, motor, and instrument. Features: 1.Compact and lightweight, easy to use, and high operating pressure. 2.Single-unit pump station: This hydraulic pump station features a single-stage hydraulic system. 3. Pressure-maintaining function: The unit maintains pressure during shutdown, provided there are no leaks in the external oil circuit. Use: 1.This pump station is primarily used for static load testing and pressure measurement in specialized projects. 2.It can be used as a test and pressure measurement pump station for various high-pressure hydraulic components, high-pressure vessels, and high-pressure hoses. 3. It can also serve as a hydraulic power source for some specific hydraulic equipment. 二、Main technical parameters 1. Motor Power: 1.5 kW - 4.0 kW 2. High Pressure: 63 MPa 3. High Pressure Flow: 1 L/min - 4 L/min 4. Fuel Tank Capacity: 36 L - 120 L (Other capacity available upon request)
四、Structural Principle The electric pump station consists of a motor, an axial piston pump, a control system, a fuel tank, etc. 1.Powertrain: The pump station uses a three-phase asynchronous motor with a power of 1.5 kW to 4.0 kW. 2.Axial piston pump This pump station is a valve-distributed axial piston pump produced by our company, with a volumetric efficiency of over 90%. By improving the valve distribution structure, the structure is made more reasonable and simple, which better guarantees the oil suction problem of the high-pressure pump, more effectively ensures the stable operation of the system, and better provides the system with stable pressure and output oil volume. 3.Control Valve The control section of the hydraulic pump station consists of a high-pressure relief valve, a one-way hydraulically-operated check valve, a manual reversing valve, and a pressure gauge. Working Principle: (1) First, fill the pump station with hydraulic oil (46# anti-wear hydraulic oil) to the upper limit of the level gauge 7. Then connect the three-phase power line of the motor and ensure that the motor is grounded. (2) Before starting the motor, check that the manual reversing valve 4 is in the neutral open position. When starting the motor, first jog it several times to ensure that the motor rotates clockwise. When the motor is running normally, first put the manual reversing valve in the neutral position. (3)Connect the upper and lower hoses of the jack in sequence. First, place the manual reversing valve handle on the left end. Move the jack upward to the required position. Stop the machine to maintain pressure or return the manual reversing valve to its original position (middle position). Maintain pressure at the pump station. (4)Return the jack downward. Place the manual reversing valve on the right end and start the motor. Move the jack downward to its original position. The system completes a complete working cycle. (5)Perform pressure test. Complete steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 in sequence. The equipment pump station then enters the pressure pile testing procedure. Start the motor, supply oil through the pump station, and raise the test jack's ejector rod. Place the test jack against the work surface to be tested. The test jack pressure increases. When it reaches the maximum test pressure, Pmax, the motor stops, and the jack pressure is stabilized by a one-way hydraulic lock. Test data is recorded using remote pressure measurement equipment. After recording, the motor restarts, and the motor's starting frequency is gradually increased using remote pressure measurement control. The pressure is slightly reduced to the test pressure value by slightly opening the one-way hydraulically controlled check valve, and a pressure-maintaining test is performed. Upon completion of the test, the jack is returned to its original position, completing one test cycle. 五、Instructions for use 1.This series operates with YB-N32 hydraulic oil. When the ambient temperature is below 10°C, YB-N22 hydraulic oil can be used. When the ambient temperature is above 40°C, YB-N46 hydraulic oil can be used. 2.During operation, the hydraulic oil level in the tank should always be maintained above the centerline of the oil gauge to prevent the pump from draining the oil. Therefore, when refueling, fill the tank completely and use a 120-mesh oil filter to remove impurities from the fresh oil. During frequent use, clean the oil filter every two months and the oil tank every six months, replacing the oil at the same time. 3.The normal operating temperature of the oil pump is 20-50°C. If the oil temperature is too high, cooling measures must be taken or the pump must be shut down. If the oil temperature is too low, heating measures or low-pressure operation must be used to increase the oil temperature. 4.Before starting the motor, open the unloading valve and jog it several times to prevent the high-pressure pump from sucking air. Once the unloading valve returns to normal, close the unloading valve. If the unloading valve is not installed, a manual reversing valve is used to perform the above functions. 5.The factory-set working pressure of the pump station must not be increased arbitrarily. 6.High-pressure hoses undergo a pressure test at 1.25 times the rated pressure upon shipment. Due to the aging of the rubber, users should regularly inspect the hoses for extended periods of use, with inspections conducted every six months. If leakage, bulging, or bursting is detected during the pressure test, the hoses must be replaced. Avoid bending or making sharp bends during use, and stay away from the hoses to prevent injury from being thrown out of the hose. For fixed applications, steel pipes can be used instead.
