The TYJ series on-rail heavy-load pusher (referred to as the pusher) consists of two components: a clamp and a push cylinder. Powered by an electric hydraulic pump station and high-pressure oil pipes, it is an effective tool for moving heavy objects over short distances and installing them. Due to its high load-bearing capacity, excellent stability, and continuous motion, it has been widely used in large-scale transport industries both domestically and internationally.

四、Usage Instructions

1.To ensure smooth operation of the object transfer, two sets of transfer machines must be used simultaneously. The user needs to provide heavy rails (38kg/m, 43kg/m, 50kg/m) and active/passive slide blocks.

2.For positioning the object, first use several dedicated jacks to lift the object to a certain height, then pass two heavy rails horizontally through the bottom of the object. Slowly lower the object while placing the slide blocks underneath, above the top plane of the heavy rails.

3.Install the transfer machine, and debug the electric hydraulic pump and pushing cylinders.

First, slide the clamping tongs onto one end of the heavy rail, then use a pin to fix the clamping tongs to the pushing cylinders, allowing the pushing cylinders to move freely along the top plane of the heavy rail. Connect the front end of the pushing cylinder to the slide blocks with a pin to enable normal pushing and positioning.

3.Recommendation:

When performing the transfer operation, apply grease to the contact surfaces between the slide blocks and the steel rails to reduce friction. However, avoid getting grease on the clamping iron or the contact surface with the heavy rail, as this would reduce the friction coefficient and weaken the clamping force (which would cause the clamping tongs to fail).

五、Object Lifting

The user selects a double-line jack (50T, 100T, 200T, 320T) based on the weight to be lifted. The jack is equipped with a hydraulic lock.

六、Precautions for On-rail Heavy-load Pusher

1.Pump Station Operating Precautions

（1）Operators must carefully read the ultra-high pressure pump station operation manual and familiarize themselves with the basic knowledge and operating procedures before starting the machine.

（2）Since the ultra-high pressure pump station is not suitable for continuous operation for long periods, during the transfer operation, when the pusher is not in use, the pump station should be turned off in a timely manner to allow the heat generated during operation to dissipate, thus reducing wear on the pump components and aging of the seals, thereby extending the pump station’s service life. If the oil temperature exceeds 60°C, operations should generally be paused until the temperature drops, after which operations can resume.

（3）When operating outdoors in summer, the pump station should be shaded to prevent direct sunlight exposure.

2.Pusher Operation Precautions

（1）Operators must undergo on-the-job training (referencing this manual) to understand and master the usage and operation methods of the on-rail heavy-load pusher to prevent equipment failure or personal injury due to improper use.

（2）During the entire operation process, operators should record the operating conditions of each step of the transfer operation, such as the pressure of each pump station and the travel distance of each transfer. This information should be used to adjust the next step of the transfer operation.

（3）This transfer machine is ultra-high pressure hydraulic equipment. When connecting or disconnecting quick couplings, it is necessary to keep the connection clean and wipe off any dirt, dust, etc., to prevent contamination of the oil by foreign substances.

（4）Maintain the cleanliness of the system’s hydraulic oil and remove any debris accumulated in the oil tank or cylinders in a timely manner. If the hydraulic oil emulsifies due to water contamination, it should be replaced. The system uses “YB-N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.”
